The app is usable but has several major bugs and missing features. 1. There is no easy way to report a problem with your order in the app. 2. When submitting where you parked your car for order pick up, you have to tap twice to submit your space number 3. After you submit an order for pick up, the main page doesn’t automatically refresh. You have to visit another page to enter where you parked 4. No combined payment and reward. When paying in store, you have to show them your Wawa rewards card and pay in another way.

Glitches a lot, having to sign in multiple times, input my card info multiple times to get it to work. Got tired of it so i deleted it, and I go to Wawa nearly every day! The app is awful.

-allow the person placing the order to add notes (ketchup, utensils etc) -make it possible to redeem the rewards for an app order aside from in-store pick up. -be able to choose door dash tip -there’s only 3 options or “none” -not sure whats up with some items saying unavailable when they clearly are -be able to submit an order mistake from the app I submit alot of orders. Needs improvements.

Overall I think it’s a great app. Mobile ordering is very easy and if you want it delivered to your vehicle it’s easy to choose a spot when you get there. The only improvement I would like to see is that you don’t have to open a Reward on free coffee Tuesday. If you scan your card then the reward should automatically apply.

This app submits wrong food orders to store. Placed an order for 4 different customized burgers and instead received 4 of the same burger that only 1 person would eat. We couldn’t return because the app changed our order and only 1 burger was ordered with quantity of 4. We ended up spending $32 and throwing out 3 burgers.

This works great ?? when it works. Constantly is down for me does not always work. Had to have Corporate office reset my account for two different error codes. There is a glitch somewhere in the program.

When it works it’s good. But I’m NOT happy with the fact that the app logs you out after ONE day of inactivity, then it won’t let you log in, even WITH the proper credentials. Then it locks your account with multiple login attempts. I don’t have time to be dealing with this when I’m on a quick breakfast/lunch break.

Multiple tries - doesn’t work. 15 minutes for reward redemption is too short, Bugs and errors - no way to easily create favorite order.
