This app has always been garbage. I wasn’t able to get it to work correctly on the android and it doesn’t work correctly on iOS. Constant errors, login issues etc. Wawa really needs to fire their app designer and rebuild this from the ground up. I would spend a lot more money there if the app actually worked because it would be amazingly convenient.

Poor gift card payment interface. Unable to merge balance of gift cards, and uploaded gift cards do not scan properly at checkout. Other apps with gift cards never have this same issue. Barcodes are rarely able to scan, and usually have to use alternate payment. Please fix this.

Too bad the app isn’t as good as the food. It doesn’t work. It’s a waste of time. It’s faster to just go to the store than bother with this piece of crap.
Lots of Issues

The app still has many issues after the update. Transactions do not always show up. Many error codes. Points are not accurate. February is double points month, and double points are not accumulating - if I can even see the transactions.
Loved this until lately
Newer is not better
We need to order a coffee on the way to school every morning. The app lets you go the whole way through the transaction and when you hit check out you get a “something went wrong” notification on the screen. This is very frustrating especially for the Wawa employees who know that our coffee drink order comes in at the exact same time every day. Our Wawa is very crowded and we have to now put in the orders when we arrive and wait which makes us late for work in school. This needs to be fixed. It’s also not the first time this app has had an issue. Please update it and fix it and then I will fix my review.
