The app has been giving me RE001 for weeks and their non-existent customer service blames it on the bank. I have tried multiple valid credit cards but this crappy app would not accept any of my credit cards. It has become useless because I can not order or add funds to the account.
Logs me out and unable to add rewards

The title says it all… the app consistently logs me out so I have to sign in again and get another authorization code for verification. On top of that, the rewards number I received by registering online cannot be entered on the app. The app has a place to input the rewards number but the “submit” button is grayed out. Come on! Do you guys actually test the app functionality?

1. None of my transactions are reflected 2. The rewards are cheap (1 free coffee on Tuesday only LOL) 3. Zero customer support when I reached out directly 2x. Unsure how/why people raving about the Wawa app?

I’ve been using this app for a few months now & it seems to have stop counting my rewards after a certain point. I’ve scanned my phone & card with each purchase & it never counts towards my reward balance. I have refueled multiple times that surpasses the $50 mark, but yet I still see no changes. Disappointed, especially since the free coffee is gone.

Most of the time I am unable to log in. This app is really undependable. It's a shame because Wawa has really good food - especially coffee and Mocha lattes.

Im hungry, tried to sign up, wouldn't verify my email. Deleted the app. Ill just go in and get my food fresh & hot. Thanks but no thanks.

Zzz fix!!!!
I have 100 apps on my phone. Not one continually asks me to keep signing in on numerous occasions. Now suddenly it won’t let me sign in. Did I earn too much for me to cash in?? My wife has already deleted the app, as I will now. Advertise when your brilliant tech dept figures out how to make it work like every other company’s.
App needs work.

Freezes a lot and doesnt integrate capabilities like being able to pay for gas with an already added gift card.
