Pretty good app but for the life of me I can’t understand why there is no option to merge gift cards. I now have a $10, a $7, and a $4.53 balance on separate cards. Checkout would be so much easier if I could merge these balances into one card, instead of having to scan three separate cards for one transaction.

I have used the app a couple of times. I refuse to have an app constantly have an app have access to where I am constantly. There isn’t a need. While I am using it of course. The app doesn’t work like that. You have to give them full access to use it all the time. So you have to go into settings and turn it all on and all off. I emailed the developers and nothing back. I have also had more then a few times where my order just didn’t go anywhere. Until they fix these issues just walk in. It isn’t worth it.

To order food for pickup you have to add a reloadable gift card to your account. What if you don’t want to use a reloadable gift card for purchase? Well you’re out of luck you can’t order. Stupidest app I’ve seen to date for ordering food.
Rewards do not work

I have been charging transactions to my Wawa gift card and have not been receiving the rewards. The app indicates a dollar amount I have to spend in order to get my next reward but nothing happens when I spend the amount. This has been ongoing for at least 4 months
Where’s support for iPhone X?

Love the wawa app it’s fantastic and use it pretty much every time I go, but we’re about 6 months with the iPhone X released and still not yet optimized. Please that’s all I ask is optimization for iPhone X!

Spent way too much time signing up. You have to pay for your order when you arrive so what is the point of ordering through the app?! Wawa employees agreed with me that this app makes absolutely no sense. The UX experience is horrible and confusing too. I want the time it took to set this app up back in $$$. Hey Wawa...Fire the agency you used to develop this app and get your money back!

We have the friendliest WaWa in the world right here in Brigantine NJ. Every time I come home to Brigantine, WaWa is my first stop as I come onto the island. One of your smaller stores but definitely one of the best.
