I have several gift cards attached to my app and every single time I open the app it says I have xx amount on any of my cards and when I scan them at the register, they come up with the real balance. And you can’t combine cards, either. Love Wawa, hate the app. Would give it a half-star if I could.

The app only saves u a few seconds that it would take to type in ur order. Need to be be able to say what time u want ur order ready instead of it starting when u get in the parking lot. Then they only get ur order right part of the time. Boooo.

I go to Wawa almost every day so I downloaded the app to save time on my commute, only to realize when you order food ahead you aren’t actually ordering ahead. My reward balance has said $5 until your next reward and I have since surpassed my spending but the app doesn’t register that. I think I will be deleting the app and sticking to my normal method of payment since it doesn’t serve a benefit

You have to store a credit card in order to use the mobile ordering. I should be able to just order and pay at the cashier when I pickup. I don’t like storing or inputting my credit cards all over the place, a great way to get your identity stolen. Wawa, at least add support for Apple Payroll. GET WITH THE TIMES Wawa App UNINSTALLED!

Half the time I try to use my app - it won’t work. My Starbucks app never breaks down like this - I think it needs reengineering
