Unable to watch locked episodes

My cable company Frontier Communications is not include in the list, so I cannot watch locked episodes. I have on more than one occasion submitted a request to add Frontier Communications. I subscribe to the channel but I am unable to access those shows in the app.

Downloaded the app to watch a couple shows I like but I can’t even get the sign in page to come up. I tab it and it just sits there and DOES NOTHING!

It has never taken me more than several days to finish an episode but only with this app have I had this problem! It’s annoying and I see why people rely on platforms and Netflix to stream episodes

I use to could log in with my regular Directv info, but now it’s only asking for Directv NOW login info. Is anybody else experiencing this? Because of this I will give the app 1 star. So disappointed

So my review is not really about the functionality of the app ( although after reading several of the reviews I hope the OWN team is listening) rather this review is in regards to access to the content. The material produced by this network is phenomenal and I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels that beside it being quality entertainment for us/by us, it is food for my soul. Trouble is with out being financially irresponsible and subscribing to a ridiculous cable package I am hungry for the content. I refuse to do that... and so do millions of others. Please consider allowing access (certainly not for free) via subscription. ~Love, Cord Cutter/ Financially Responsible / Hungry for my “OWN” Soul Food

T V Provider issue

I live in a rural area and it is a college town. We have limited cable tv. I want to watch OWN TV but I only have Apple TV. What can I do to get Apple TV added to the provide list?

Love the shows BUT why do I have to sign in - repeatedly - in the same day? Why does the app malfunction- repeatedly? OWN, PLEASE invest in your product and fix this app!

I have been trying to watch a Queen Sugar for two days now and every time I try to play it, it will show for awhile and then when that one commercial comes on it freezes up. Then that’s not the worst of it, when I turn it off and turn it back on so that it could start again, it starts from the beginning like WHYYYYY!! I love Queen Sugar PLEASE FIX THIS

Crashes at the same commercial points

Currently this app cannot be casted to the television via chrome cast because during commercial breaks it freezes at the same commercial spot and never comes out. It will not fast forward beyond it and if you stop casting and restart it starts the whole episode over. It has taken me an hour and a half of wasted time to get through one show because I kept trying to find ways to get past that point as if it’s normal to work that hard to watch something. It did not have this problem if you watch directly on your device but I don’t watch tv by putting a 5 inch screen to my face and holding it for an hour, so that’s not really an option.
