now, every time I go to sign in with my provider, it either crashes or never takes me to the page. Its been doing this since February.

Whomever is managing the app needs to manage the functionality. I was excited to download the app to watch shows I enjoy while traveling. However it HAS NEVER WORKED. The app asks for your tv provider but won’t allow you to put it in! Only a Golden circle that rotates and then nothing. I thought it would be repaired over a week or two but nothing has been done. Needs serious work. Will delete and try again soon.

I'm a new watcher of this app. I signed in through my Philo TV subscription. Please add 10-second rewind and fast forward buttons to the on demand controls. It is very hard to use the scrubber bar to rewind if you miss a few words or something. I especially love Oprah's Master Class and Life with Latoya! The commercial breaks are a bit long though.

I’m a customer of Frontier Communications and pay for this channel. But when I go on the app with my fire stick or any mobile device, it does not recognize my TV provider like all the other networks I’ve downloaded through my TV provider (like HBO, Showtime & VH1)It lists over a hundred TV providers but Frontier is not an option & I was up sold to the tv package for the own channel to be included on my mobile apps & fires tick. I’m very disappointed. Wish I had OWN “on the go”.

I’ve had the app for over 3 years now and never had a problem. But now when i go to watch shows there locked by subscriber. Every time i click to sign in with my tv described i just get a spinning wheel for a few seconds and then nothin! I’ve restarted my phone, I’ve undownloaded the app 3 times still doesn’t work. Help!!

I’m new to the app, but everything that I was interested in viewing is LOCKED. You need to put your TV provider information on the app to view most everything! I wouldn’t have downloaded this app, if I could have watched previous episodes on my TV in the Demand section. Some how OWN TV on Demand is NO LONGER available with Spectrum / Charter TV services. They say it’s Oprah who took her channel off of those services. Now, we all know that’s not true. Oprah wants people to view her programming and for FREE! What’s wrong here ?!?!

I’m so over this app. I literally have to log in after every 2-3 episodes that I watch or if i come off the app and the iPad goes to sleep, even though I’m on my home WiFi. I don’t have this issue no other network app, just this one. Smh
