Anger and frustration Pay to win or grind hard 24/7

J88gutz

I have been playing for 3 years and the Challenge mode cheats in manner that the game will kick you out and when you reload the game the enemy(s) you kill just killed will be back some times even the more enemies or it won’t be your turn any more even though it’s still your turn it will cancel your turn and go to the enemies turn immediately ?

Not free to play...

DazShayd

.... unless you enjoy getting torn to pieces in cardboard armor and pop gun weapons. Hell you even have to purchase the healer in a separate package, which when on levels with 15-20 enemies is arguably necessary. Everything is packaged in stupid little bundles that force you to buy a bunch of crap you don’t need just to get the individual things that make this game functional. And, on top of that, the mechanics are garbage. Sprinting seven steps costs the same as turning 90*, so all an enemy needs to do is step to your side to throw a major wrench in your strategy and drag out all your turns. Also you randomly draw weapons and move cards, so a reasonable deck balance could still leave you with all movement or all weapon cards and make it impossible to win regardless of strategy. This would be better if there were only ten or so cards to cycle through, but the minimum deck size is 30, because otherwise how would they gouge you for card packs? In short, DO NOT GET THIS GAME. You will either be frustrated or broke by the time you finish. Go get deathwatch, an actual game that has better mechanics is better designed and doesn’t play like a total rip off if you don’t drop any additional money into it.

Pay to win crap

Don’t bother. Way too expensive

???

A very fine game if u do say myself the gameplay is smooth and. Just amazing gameplay ?

Why have you ran this game into the ground

Torch 29

Devs. Have you played your own IOS game? The necron campaign is unbeatable. Why because you have infinite spawns and endless enemy pulling 450 hp health boosts. So you’ve taken away the strategy and made it ridiculously impossible so people will dump money into the game. you HAVE GOT TO LOWER THE HIT POINTS ON THE BOTS AND GET RID OF INFINITE SPAWNS!!!! Listen to your customers for the love of RUSS You removed the legendary card for winning the challenge mode and increased the total number of cards thereby decreasing the odds of getting a Legendary card. This game had soooooo much potential now it’s barely functional. You can’t even find multiplayer’s anymore. I don’t think anyone has beaten the Necron campaign. There are no videos on u tube no reddit posts, just non stop people complaining. Seriously what’s the business model here.

Was a great effort but needs work

Hurricane1376

Most of this game was pretty good. Loved the turned based strategy and the card system did add something unique to it. But you made no effort to really explain how things like deck management and fusion and forging worked. And maybe I’m getting older but I could barely read anything and I have an iPhone 7+. You need to flesh out your tutorial system. Also the game crashed several times and I’m still in the beginning part of the game. It crashed right before I won a mission and then just when I was loading the NEXT mission. That type of instability doesn’t help engage a player. With a better tutorial and more stable game this would be even better. But I can’t get into it in its current form.

"We're very sorry to hear that you....blah blah blerg"

Tychaeus

I see all these meaningless dev responses to reviews concerning how GREEDY this dev team is. And the response talks about how they will consider the players remarks etc...bs bs bs. Almost every space wolf player since the original mobile launch (myself included) has complained about such greedy practices and beyond that deception and trickery. Dangle an expansion in front of player base for YEARS....then a WEEK...a WEEEEEEEK before its released tell us that "oh yeah, here it comes, and it will only cost you all upwards of $10!!!! God that kinda stupid bs pisses me off.

iPhone X limits field of view

Cochise_Actual

The game seems fun, but on my iPhone X, the screen gets cut off and I can’t see any of the speech or tutorial windows during gameplay. Assuming it gets fixed, I’ll review again.

Good stuff/ bad pace+pay

Sumo Bill

Great variety of weapons which Seems to keep close to the fluff and spirit of 40k. However, the pace can get boring (maybe offer 4x speed) because you ind up waiting for all your enemies to catch up to your position. And it seems to be very, VERY pay to play when it is almost impossible to advance (in the waves or levels) if you aren’t willing to spend actual money. This game would be awesome as a Demo and Full version. Demo is free but limited, gets you hooked. But the Full game is $6. I don’t mind the pay to play options (way of the world) but I should be able to succeed without buying $30 if ‘packs’. That is what gives me a very “EA” vibe which I dislike.

Great game but I can’t play

angryoatmeal

Every time I go to Start the game it crashes before the first mission begins I can’t understand why I have reinstalled several times but it still crashes right when mission 1 starts
