Took my payment info ( you know...just in case I tried to steal frames with no lenses) but, oops, there's a problem with completing my order. No explanation. Thankfully I can suspend my card with an app that works.

I came in thinking wp was an advanced tech company. I’m sure in many ways they are but in the most simple ways I was disappointed. For example: when I select the prescription tab why can’t I simply upload my script? Although I will purchase from them, the simplicity factor is not as great as I was looking forward to.
They offered to send a new pair of glasses but they won’t.

I am financially restricted and was mostly the reason why I came to this company. My last pair of glasses were broken and so I saved up enough money to buy a pair for them for $100 plus shipping. Within 2 months my glasses (from W.P.) received a scratch exactly in the center where I see from. I contacted them and they did offer to to replace them but only if I were to send my current pair in. I pleaded with them to have my new pair considering I’m covered under a year scratch proof insurance and also told them that I do not own another pair of glasses. I have children and a job and need my glasses to drive. They REFUSED to comprise and so I’m left with a pair of glasses that our scratched right where I see out of. I just can’t believe the distrust in this company going based upon their business model of “donating” glasses to needy individuals and I am going through financials troubles myself. They have my credit information and information in general. Why can’t they just send my glasses out instead of having me wait an entire week? An entire week without driving legally and seeing for my vision health?

I was skeptical at first. But when my pair of glasses came in they were perfect. I’ve worn them for the last three days and I could find no fault. My prescription is complex but Warby Parker was able to make them exactly to specification, and they fit well. The process was relatively simple and after obtaining my prescription at the local optometrist I did everything else on line.

Just ordered my frames, I love their selection, not very many of course like your typical eyeglass store but they have a good small collection since I’m not really looking for anything fancy, I just want to see lol. I’m giving it 3 stars for now because of the ease of use which I LOVE. I will update once they come in ☺️.
