Before finding this app, I had to turn off "reduce motion" to get my lock screen pic to fit correctly. This app has allowed me to have my pic sized correctly with motion on. Great app!

It doesn't work.... It lets you shrink the overall size of the pic but doesn't let you move it. And when you shrink it there is a weird image burn above and below the pic your resizing smaller. Overall waste of time.
