MyShortReview – WallAid for iOS7 - Resize, Scale and Create Padded Wallpapers Review

It doesn't work.... It lets you shrink the overall size of the pic but doesn't let you move it. And when you shrink it there is a weird image burn above and below the pic your resizing smaller. Overall waste of time.
