Great app that does the job!!! – WallAid for iOS7 - Resize, Scale and Create Padded Wallpapers Review

Before finding this app, I had to turn off "reduce motion" to get my lock screen pic to fit correctly. This app has allowed me to have my pic sized correctly with motion on. Great app!
