Incredibly frustrating

I’ve had this app for over two years and it worked great and did just what I wanted. For the past couple of months it only updates sporadically, sometimes waiting an entire week, and I have no idea what triggers it to work. I am tempted daily to delete it but keep hoping for a update that works!!

Lately the Walker app has been delaying information processing. On most days it shows 0 steps till some time later that day, or even as much as a few days later, it catches up and fills in missing past data. It is frustrating often not to be able to see my step status in real time as was always the case till up to a few weeks ago.

Good app but distance walked / run overstated

I've been using this app and I find the functionality excellent, especially as it distinguishes between walking and jogging automatically. However, one issue is that the distance shown by this app is more than the actual distance by about 20%. Am I missing some settings? With GPS, distance should not be an issue. Will appreciate if you can help me with fixing the distance problem.

There no start - stop button. It sometimes tracks your steps ... about one time out of ten. Waste of time.

Once a great app

This app was great before the IOS 12 update. It was pretty accurate and was great at monitoring my exercise routines. Once the IOS 12 update was released, this app has become awful. It’s slow, I sometimes need to restart it just to get it to update. I went for a 3 mile run and it only recorded 700 steps. It no longer records my activity as accurately as it once did. I’m not sure what the developers have done to improve its performance. There has been one update since IOS 12, but whatever they did, did not improve its quality.

I’ve used this app for several years and have loved it...but lately days can go by before I get any new data to my phone ....not sure what the problem is....as of today the site is 6 days behind!....

Are use this app frequently not just for counting steps as I put in around 10,000 a day if I can keep my phone on me but for when I drive it helps me to know what time I was at a certain place if I need to show it or cover my tracks to show where I was if questioned about it. I drive from one end of Sacramento to the other end so I get some pretty weird patterns going sometimes. My only suggestion for improvement is at times like in other search engines timelines to show timeline when walking and the ability to view previous maps that include the timeline while running it.

Walker is broken. Walker widget shows step count but walker app freezes after noon time and has to be reloaded into memory get the correct count to display. December 18th 2018 Earlier review: The ads are not distracting so even as a free app it is great. Bought it to support the developers. Would like to see a feature where you can count your steps for a given walk and see the route while keeping the total steps for the day available. Also an ability to enlarge the steps graph to see more detail would great too. It doesn't respond to pinch and zoom.

I really like this app & have used it for more than a year. It worked perfectly & did everything I asked of it. After updating to iOS 12.0.1, it keeps track of my steps throughout the day but does not show them until late in the day or evening. Now I record my weight & rely on a different app as a pedometer.

It used to be a great step tracker, until I started using on iPhone XR. The app does not track steps promptly, if at all. Please fix or I’ll have to delete.
