Still doesn’t update correctly!

There is an approximately 6500 step difference between data sent to another app and the data displayed on this app. This app didn’t display the extra steps I know I took, and it throws the monthly tracking accuracy out the window. Not very happy right now!!
Used to be good, not anymore

This used to be a completely reliable app. Some days I look at it now and it shows 0. After my other app shows I’ve walked 3 miles. I can’t seem to figure out why it is suddenly so unreliable. When it works it’s great.
App is slow to update steps

App is several days behind showing zero. Happens regularly then all of a sudden updates the missing steps days later. So far, 4 days behind. For December it has failed to refresh the data for 13 days! Still waiting...Dec1-12 missing.
