Crashes on start up

I’ve tried for a very very long time and even waited for updates but this application has never started up on my phone. I waited for multiple iOS and app updates to see if that would resolve the problem but no luck.

New app is hard to upload and save projects. Took me multiple times of it shutting down when loading the couldn’t find all the pics I had chosen and cropped ??♀️.

I have tried numerous times over several weeks to order photos via the app. The process is easy until the end and it says it isn’t working and to try again later.

Very difficult to process an order. Lacks clear explanation of procedures. I had to ask for help. Luckily my friend knows her way around the iPad. You need to set it up so the directions are easier to follow....there is no way to go back and change things! Do appreciate the app, though. My photos are always good!Thanks. D.B.

This App is great ... when it works!!! It gives me more error 403 than if ever seen!! It aggravates me to no end when I’m trying to refill or just want info on my meds even when I’m @ Walgreens and want to look up info it gives me error 403 EVERY darn time “Service temporarily unavailable” it’s “Service UNAVAILABLE”

The app doesn’t allow me to enter coupon codes. It is really slow and the store was no help. We attempted to do this project in the store and the terminals would not accept our phone photos. The store said to use the app. 8 hours later we finally submitted our order without the coupon. We’re hoping the store will accept the coupon at time of payment. We now wait 2.5 hours for processing. We will consider another vendor when we print photos again.
App has glitches

The app would not show photos uploaded to my Walgreens account through the internet. I could only use photos that were on my device. So I had to edit the photos again.
