Please fix the phone number key pad as it doesn’t let me pick the number 1 cause the next button overlays on top of it.

I always order my meds through Walgreens. I scan the barcode on a bottle of pills, and I’m able to pick the date and time to pick them up. It’s great. Plus the people at the pharmacy are really helpful, and sometimes really busy!
The App Just Does Not Function As It Should

I have a busy lifestyle, always on the go. Naturally using the Walgreens App would be a no brainer, that is if I could just get it to work. 9 times out of 10 I get the “Service Unavailable” message when I try to do anything from the app. Not a good thing if you depend on it such as I do. Often I just end up calling my refills in or at times it allows me to scan & refill that way. Using what I consider the most convenient part of the app never works properly which is the refill from account tab. When it works it’s great... however, most times I cannot use the app in the way that it was intended to be used. Not a good thing for a company such as Walgreens. I honestly feel that a complete revamp of the application is in order. This is a large company, you would expect a more consistent working application if they are to continue to offer this service.

Not a review but a ? to the developers. When are you going to fix the medication “removal” problem in the pill reminder section of this app? It’s a real concern as I have seen this question up here more than a few times.

I just love this app so very convenient!!! Walgreens is my favorite store not to mention that I could easily use another Drug Store !! Kudos!!! I’m not going to change my mind on what my review says period !! I’ve been having this problem logging on and try to see my history ever since October ! Hope u understand that if u can’t get into ur account then what’s the since of even having one ? They have tried to fix it so many times it worked one day went back to doing the same thing . I just flat given up. Period I don’t have 2-3 hours in messing with this on the phone it gets old and frustrating. So I’ve just given up trying and for the mean time trying to find another pharmacy that is convenient for me and to where I want to give my business to . Now I do get my messages but that’s not good enough for me . I’m just sick and tired of being sick and tried, app is terrible ever since u have made changes to it it use to be the best thing ever. Just scan and refill but can’t do that anymore so what’s so convenient about that ? Plus dropped off my prescription on the 15 of March to be refilled the next day and never heard anymore from them I called and finally pick it up on the 17th of March and I received an response that it was miss placed ! WOW ! You don’t ever miss place a prescription period especially work with prescribed medication. It wasn’t the pharmacist fault at all he’s the best 10 stars to him it’s the other workers seem like there not capable of handling and servicing when there very busy there running around acting nervous. Don’t need that type of service it’s a hurry up and rush and for get to finish up with me to get to another person ?? so just to confirm I’m not using the app until I find me another place I’ve been ?%loyal customer with Walgreens since 1975 until now 2018 that’s a long time customer but my mind has changed trying to find so other pharmacy that I like and convenient and have my prescriptions ready when there supposed to be I have to take my meds as my doctor has prescribed to me . So Walgreens rating is a total of minus 1 !!!! Thank you and glad to explain now hope u can understand how my feelings have changed with Walgreens.
