It's just after the flood in LA. All our cars "drowned". My 91 yr mom is HUNGRY. Our hotel suggest this app. The app claims that there are no restaurants in the area. I then requested restaurants that have their own delivery service. Again the message said no restaurants in my area. WELL WE HAVE SEVERAL PIZZA AND CHINESE RESTAURANTS WITHIN 3 MILES THAT DELIVER!!!! Don't bother downloading this app as you'll just have to delete it. Very disappointed. BTW: I live in the fast growing city in the US, I do not live out in the sticks. Shame on them.

Incredibly unreliable and poor service. If the food is significantly later than quoted (1-2 hours late) then they will have almost certainly forgotten substantial ideas from my order. This happens at least 80% of the time I use the service.
Unfair pricing...
Delivery service
While they provide a good service, there are other services available that DON'T RAISE THE PRICES OF THE MENU ITEMS, and don't charge as much in fees and surcharges! Disappointing they do this because it takes away from the amount I am willing to tip the drivers! Company seems to be more interested in profits than their employees or their customers; I'm fairly certain most people don't realize they increase the prices of each item on the menus they offer, though!

An identical order cost $20 more on this app than Grubhub. $15 for delivery, $5 in inflated prices where menu items cost more in this app than other apps

I downloaded it at the suggestion of hotel staff. Same thing no restaurants. Got back home New Orleans same thing. If you can't find a place to eat here you're in trouble. Worst think is I could swear it said it was free, I would never have paid for it, yet they charged me account. That's the only reason I'm here writing a review, I deleted and forgot about it.
