I literally just downloaded this app an I know there’s so many restaurants around my area yet it keeps sayings there’s no restaurant near me. The worst delivery app I’ve used, definitely will delete and do NOT recommend.

Waiter.com has some interesting restaurants in their lineup. However, we rarely use them because they are too expensive, have too many fees, and charge for napkins and utensils. They also sell snacks and desserts on everyone’s page, which is annoying, and seems in inappropriate.

Website keeps telling me there are no restaurants in my area. There are at least 25 within 10 miles. Needs to be fixed. Meanwhile I will keep ordering from Grubhub.

I would order breakfast and it wouldn’t show on my scheduled orders. Needless to say, I didn’t get my breakfast but come to find out later that my order went through; it just didn’t show neither on the website nor the app. Plus, they have this policy where you have to order breakfast 2 days in advance, what’s up with that?

I don’t know how this company is still in business. We use them for their VCS service. Prices are way higher and their both web and iOS app are back from 90s Full of bugs and poor usability and UI. The app doesn’t even show my VCS cart half the time.
