More objectives
This is one of the worst apps I have EVER tried!!! It keeps giving me any error message that says there are no restaurants currently in my area.?? I literally live 2 blocks from the mall and there are PLENTY of restaurants in my town that have the Waitr sticker in their window. DON'T BOTHER with it. You might as well call the restaurant directly for a delivery.

My husband (who lives in the same house mind you) has the app and is able to order food but I recently downloaded the app and it says there are no restaurants in our area. We ordered food from my husband’s phone and had it delivered last night!! Don’t use this app!

Tried to pull up restaurants in my area to see what could be delivered- even on my desktop. Both told me there were none in my area. Funny, since my coworker HAS used the waiter app and had it delivered here, AND when she pulled it up at the same time as me, it gave her options. After that, I thought it may work if I made an account. Nope- still nothing. Terribly disappointed!

I am talk texting this so please excuse any typos or grammatical errors…This is an amazing service if you are lucky enough for your company to provide Waiter.com services. Competitive pricing although some apps might be a few dollars less. However, I get accurate delivery and pick up times, As well as updates from a real person and real people in customer service at the ready to help. The food comes labeled with my name if I add that in the order notes, so that when we order for a large group, there is no confusion as to who’s food is who’s. My office gets Waiter.com delivered daily for lunch and I can’t begin to tell you how convenient and consistent the meal program is compared to others that we have tried in the past. I do notice that some of the restaurants have raised pricing, but then when I look on another delivery platform, the pricing is raised the same or more, but never less.

Finally! A delivery service that offers more than just pizza and delivers all over the Bay Area instead of just in the city. I was able to order Sushi for delivery to my house in Sunnyvale. The app let place my order quickly and easily. I'll certainly use this again.
