The most recent update disconnected all of my sensors, and the app will not pair with them again. It is just like the other recent reviews describe. It doesn't matter how many times I restart the app, how many times I unplug and replug my trainer, whether I remove and replace the battery in my heart monitors, etc. I now have a $1200 wahoo KICKR smart trainer that I cannot use except as a $100 dumb trainer. Wahoo needs to fix this. This is inexcusable. Disgraceful.

HATE THIS! I spent $100+ on this and it won’t even find my HR sensor or do anything when I put it on. I originally googled and did research on best heart rate monitors of 2018 and this is what came up. However, it comes with ZERO directions on how to work it or anything. ABSOLUTELY horrible product! I’ve been trying to get it to connect for an hour and still NOTHING! Biggest waste of money! ? I would NEVER recommend this product to anyone!

After the last update it no longer correctly shows speed as others have mentioned. Will come back and update this review when it’s been fixed.

With the latest update the app won’t find my kicker snap. I found that I could unplug the trainer and then re plug it in the trainer would connect. The problem is that as soon as I launch my riding app the trainer crashes again. Fix the update please.

Last string of updates have really screwed the app up. I love it when it’s working - and have used it happily for many years with only minor hiccups, but I’m at a point where I’m ready to give up. Workouts are not saving all data, cutting off mid-workout, and most importantly not syncing to Strava correctly - all data is missing. Clean this up, Wahoo.

This update has rendered the RFLKT+ completely useless. Please fix!

Why hasn’t this thing been updated for iPhone X? Critical status information is displayed in an area of the screen not visible on the iPhone X. You’ve had over three months and this is not a cheap product. Overall the interface is a little clunky and I wish I could see better presented information about the workout besides a tiny graph. At the end of the day it mostly works. But I’m mostly disappointed.

The wahoo HRM was a reliable tool that I’d been using for over a year with no problems. After the recent update, the HRM has trouble pairing, distance is off, and now has a tendency to stop mid-workout. Will be buying for a different device.

I don’t ever want to see “we need to track you always for best results.” There are plenty of great apps that do not send that as part of their updates.
