After the most recent update, the app doesn’t sync to my TickrX. I just use it now with my Suunto app. Better syncing.

My spin workout option is gone. Indoor bicycle doesn’t record calories burned in the history. This version breaks everything I used this app for. Huge step backwards.

Wahoo will not sync after update. I have an Iphone X and it worked fine until this latest update. Seems as if you added bugs rather than fix.
Functional, but no Apple Watch HR Integration

I bought speed and cadence sensors for about $70.... downloaded this app, and set them up. The sensors appear to work fine, and the app works and is simple. However, it does NOT pull HR data from the Apple Watch. Wahoo have publicly stated that they do not plan to support Apple Watch HR integration. I assume this is to drive sales of the TICKR HR sensor. In order to capture caloric output from a workout I now have to run the Wahoo Fitness workout and then start another app to capture HR data. Not Ideal, and extremely clunky. I’m disappointed in Wahoo’s choice here. The app would provide a great deal of added value with Apple Watch HR integration. I understand the TICKR probably gets better data, but an alert could be added to the app when enabling Apple Watch HR data detailing this less effective sensor.

I bought the tickr x based off high reviews on its accuracy. As far as I can tell that's true. But the app is very buggy, including a recent update where I've been unable to load a single workout for 4 days, and their customer service is atrocious. Who doesn't put out an email or an announcement on some type of platform when they cause most of their customer's equipment to fail for days at a time?!
