Normally I don’t give reviews like this. But save your time. Very difficult to navigate. I’ve seen a dr and it still doesn’t show my history, even though customer service says they do. You can’t see what stage a claim is on. Also you can’t seem to find, or find easily, (I’ve yet to find it)the out of network benefits. Like others have said, it’s just a mobile version of the website.

It's great to finally see a VSP app so I can access my benefits on the go! I especially love the option to submit for reimbursement by taking a picture of or uploading my receipt if I went to an out of network provider. :) It would be nice to be able to use Touch ID to log in.
Worst IPhone app

This is by far the worst iPhone app I tried to use. This app opens the social media links and won't allow to close it. I just have installed it and going to delete it now, just after trying for 5 minutes. In my opinion, if I can't use any new app within 5 minutes after installation, that means the app is not user friendly.

Option to find optometrist is woefully broken, overall a very lackluster and half-working app.
