Password Error

I created an account. It states I MUST have special characters in my password to create a password. But as soon as I go to log in it won’t allow me to use the special character in my password that I had to have??? What the hell.
Where oh where to sum it an out of network claim???

Super frustrating. Apparently you can submit out of network but I never found that unicorn.

Great app, would be fantastic if you guys made it ID Touch so I don’t have to put my password in every time. It’s kinda annoying.

Every time I try logging in. I get the error page expired. But if I go to their webpage I can login just fine

This app can not load the member ID card even when allowed more than ten minutes to do so. After that, it repetitively asks me to log in, and every time I log in, it takes a long time processing before it pulls up a page that says the content has (immediately) expired (before I get to see it). Then it asks me to log in again. I am sprouting gray hairs waiting for my member ID card to appear, and becoming quite irritated.

There's no way to stay logged in and it logs you out all the time. The login screen doesn't work with password managers. Half the time, logins fail with a bizarre error about the page not existing.
