The minute you login, it’s takes you to their website. It’s an undercover browser for their site. Not an actual app. Very disappointed.

No quick login feature

The information is there but hard to navigate to. Also, no quick login is very annoying. They could at least let it remember the username. Also, husband has not been able to set up his own account

This app is so so so so outdated. The company needs to update and improve the basic functionality of this app. I leave the app for 20 seconds (due to an in-app issue), come back to finish my claim and it has completely logged me out! The interface is slow, there is no indication that my finger strokes have registered when I press a button, three of four finger taps later the next page loads (this is a supper slow app) and the app registers my additional finger taps on the newly loaded page and I end up getting wisked away to another page I did not want to go to. I attempted to take a photo of my claim receipt and the camera function was so outdated that my phone or the app would not support taking a photo in-app. We could also do with an updated keyboard. Here I go again, logging into the app, starting my claim over, with a photo of the receipt already loaded on my phone, wish me luck I get through the process this time!

Grotesquely Impossible to Navigate

It’s a cheaply rendered replication if their horrible mobile site with all the flaws and all the headaches. An app is worthless when you have to keep calling their toll free number to get the info/preferences you need. Just a nightmare.

Healthcare Apps should go more

Just like most healthcare apps, this is a poorly functioning version of the browser site. A usable app is needed, but healthcare doesn’t invest in JT generally.

Could use TouchID and FaceID login

Very good app. Would be easier to login if TouchID and FaceID functionality were added like many other apps to make login easier. Also ask Apple to help create a card that can be added to Wallet Apple could probably help add these to the app. Thanks.

If you leave the app to take a photo of your receipt it logs you out and deletes all your info.

App is very outdated

Trying to schedule and appointment for some of the providers, it makes you check day by day and the if you don’t find an available appointment and want to search for another provider there is not a home page button or back to search button, you have to go back as many times as you search for available appointments per days! So annoying!

Its just a mobile website and its terrible
