This app doesn’t work ,, can’t log on !! I just go online to log in it’s mush easier. Too bad I had to put 1 star for such a bad app !!

Seriously, who creates an App and doesn’t update it with current technology, so nice having to look up my p/w every time I need to access VSP - VSP- DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!!
Worthless waste of time

App is non-functional. Unable to login despite multiple confirmations of username and resetting of password. Ridiculous!

Unable to access account through app. Have to go to website to access information. Defeats the whole point of the app.
Interface doesn’t respond

You can log in and that’s it. It brings up what looks like a menu. Well it is a menu but it is inoperable and you cannot click on anything to navigate further.

Aside from telling you whether or not your annual benefits have been used, the app does nothing. The interface is also junk.
