I’ve paid for insurance all last year and this year. I go to use it to get a new pair of glasses and they won’t let me go see a Dr.

I read the reviews but downloaded it anyways. I shouldn’t have wasted my time!! I Created an account….after doing so…..it redirected me to the account sign on. Take a guess at what happened……exactly what many other reviewers stated. **It did not recognize my password** I couldn’t even get past the sign on page. Absolute waste of my time….it is a joke of an app.
Won’t even let me sign in

Every time I try to sign in, I enter my login info (which I know is correct because I just created the account), it says “the page you are attempting to load is no longer available”, then boots me back to the login page. This app is literally useless since you cant even get into it.
No mobile function at all

Unable to access VSP at all, both on the application directly or on my phones mobile browser. Only way to access your vision insurance information is via laptop/desktop computer

It keeps saying the page I’m trying to access is no longer available. Even though I just made it. Starting to feel like I’ve been clammed…. Also can’t even see my insurance card when I go on the website… fix this already!

Worst app ever. Always fail verification process. Received tons of verification code didn’t help your garbage app security. Please update your poor app and webpage as well.

I downloaded this app today, 11/15/20, and it does not respond to anything. I only get error messages. There’s no need to have an app if it is not functional. I have not been able to download or email my member card or any of the other functions offered in this app. Please take the time and initiative to perfect the issues with this app! It would be beneficial to all of it’s users. Thanks, Moonchild752!

I tried to retrieve my ID card and it crashes every time.when you go back to app, you have to login again. Most other apps, theirs an inactivity period where it logs you out but with this app, as soon as you purposely or accidentally hit the home button it logs you out which then you have to constantly log in. App is just crap in general. Uninstalled
