Seriously tired of this app lying to me. Before I start to order it says I can get delivery today by 5pm. After adding all my items and going to check out it THEN says I can only get delivery tomorrow. Fix this or I’m never using this “service” again.
I love shopping at Von’s online App. It’s easy to use, I don’t have to drive to the store, walk up and down the aisles, come home and put everything away. Now I just put the groceries away!
I pretty much have to delete and reinstall the app after every use. Otherwise I get a “service problem” message bubble. The service itself is often iffy too. Very poor customer service, a lot of delays in delivery usually blamed on computer network problems. The drivers are all very nice people but they tell me they are understaffed for the delivery windows given. I am disabled and can’t do brick and mortar shopping. For the extra I pay to have groceries delivered, they should be better at it.
Online Vons shopping has been so nice to have in my life because I always have so much to do and still have children to feed but this just makes a big part of my life easier.
It stays in loading mode and never completes. I’ve been using the browser to order. All other APPs on my device are working fine.
I started shopping online at Safeway years ago when I lived in Oregon. I was very happy to learn that Vons is part of Safeway so I was able to continue my online shopping when I moved to S. California!
Terrible. Driver was 4 hours late. Then had 3 of the 20+ items I ordered. Said he will be right back, never showed. Customer support is a 45 min hold. Each time I have had missing items which I was charged for and delivery is always hours late. Trust me when I say stay away from this app.
Love the app, easy to use. I placed a grocery order and was scheduled to arrive on Wednesday between 6-10, at 9:45 pm I get a call from driver he is unable to deliver. The next day I call customer service to schedule redelivery, I was on hold for 30-45 min, once someone answered I was able to reschedule for the next day at 8. To my surprise, my groceries were delivered at exactly at 8 am. Order was complete, one damaged you hurt and one package of meat patties was missing, but they delivered ground beef instead which I didn’t really mind. I will order again, since I don’t enjoy grocery shopping.
