Horrible App

Once again the company has screwed up. AGAIN AKA VONS. I’ve had nothing but problems since they’ve been updated their app. Not able to login in, check accounts, remote deposit, and etc. They’ve been no help at all in fix it. I’m planning on closing my account with this company.

It’s slow. I can’t even log in sometimes. It gives me an error. Then I just go in after with no problem. It needs improvement.

Love the app! So easy to maneuver through! But there is just one thing missing... And that is the ability to view and redeem my rewards! I currently have two different bank accounts. The other app allows me to use my rewards towards my balance! Extremely cool......

I can no longer make remote deposits with this app. Now, I get an error message. Every. Single. Time. Horrible app.

Since this new upgrade, now I cannot upload my pictures for mobile check deposit! Please fix the problem?! The credit union is also closed on weekends?! Very inconvenient.
