This is the worst banking app, EVER!!! 75% of the time it doesn't work, it's so frustrating. Get it together, after all it's 2016 and this app belongs back in 1998!!!

I'm so mad. They had a decent app, and now completely changed it. The issue is that I can't even get into my accounts now. Issues that need to be addressed: 1. Add option to change username and password 2. Add option to be able to go back to home screen after going into settings menu

This app is confusing and difficult. It's a pain to even transfer money from member to member. Update app immediately

I am very unhappy with this mobile banking app. Everything is so difficult. There are no pictures of mobile deposits and everything takes forever. There needs to be a better app or they need to allow the old online banking site which was MUCH better!!

This app is constantly not available due to technical issues. Vons will take all your money but not provide an app to monitor it. Not a good look for a bank to enforce an online app which is not accessible.
