FIX YOUR APP!! (iPhone 8 Plus)

This app used to work pretty well. It started to unravel when they added Touch ID. After this latest update, it’s a total JOKE! I literally have to reset my phone BEFORE I CAN USE THE APP— EVERY SINGLE TIME! When I click on the app, it says my session timed out, even though I log out manually each time. It’s just dead— it won’t do anything until I do a reset on my phone. Then it will come up, but I have to reenter all my information! I’ve removed and reinstalled several times, but it doesn’t help. It’s been weeks! Just FIX IT!! ?
Wrong amounts

Many times when I deposit a check, it says the amount I enter does not match the check. It does! Have to try over and over. It eventually works.

Why are the servers so slow?

The servers are slow, it takes forever to communicate with the server. Sometimes I get timeout errors. I’m on WiFi and my signal is strong. I don’t understand. I can’t even change my notifications. It says my notifications are on but I never receive them. I guess the option for “push notifications” is just a tease.

I've been waiting for this app for the longest time and I love it. It does what I need it to for now since I've been waiting for mobile check deposit. I read that Bill Pay will come along soon so il be looking forward to that as well. Thank you VonsCU!!!
iOS8 Version Broken

After updating to iOS8, a bug appeared in the app, which has yet to be fixed; the 'Done' button has disappeared from the 'Amount' screen when transferring money between accounts, preventing the execution of any transfers. So currently, the app can only be used in iOS8 for checking your balances, but not for doing any online banking transactions. I have notified Vons Credit Union Customer Support about this, and they told me that they would contact their IT department. Hopefully, this will be fixed soon.
