Look these guys up on Wikipedia, most customers are”unhappy” and considered “forced”because it is impossible to close your account. Run far far away.

No words to express how happy I am with this app from Vonage. I can’t never miss a call and I can alway see the movement of my phone all the time I can supervise my secretaria no matter where I am as long as I have internet I definitely love it

Vonage is the best! I’m an insurance agent and often find myself out of my office and in the field. This app has been a life saver. Also, anytime I have ever needed support on my main phone service they have over delivered and cheeses my expectations as a customer. Other companies should follow their example. Thank you!

This is by far the WORST business in the history of this country . Impossible to get anyone on the phone. They won’t allow you to get on the phone to get help. Will not allow you to change your credit card information. Will not allow you to block calls. Stay away from this company no matter what lies they tell you when you sign up. Run from them I’m begging you DO NOT fall for there bs. Any other company will be better. STAY AWAY

Calls are dropped on the app or there’s no connection at all. Many users seem to be having the same issue. Instead of fixing, vonage decided to switch their technical support to online chats only. I called vonage 3 weeks ago for this and still no answers!!! Sent them an email no response. Terrible company, TERRIBLE APP! Do not trust your business lines with these guys.
