User 2 years. Reading is my most favorite thing. With only small amount of sight I can read and hear my books. It is the best app for reading and hearing PDF documents. I can make the text larger and hear it as well. I am very grateful. Thank you developers of Voice Dream.

I use this app to listen to fanfictions and it works. What more needs to be said? This very quickly became my most-user app. I’ve listened to more fiction using this app than the entire length of the main Harry Potter series, and I have no intention of stopping soon.

Estoy teniendo serias dificultades para copiar en voice dream, algunos documentos que tengo en la aplicación de Notas de mi iPhone. Por favor, necesito que solucionen este problema. Es que cuando intento guardar o copiar algún documento, posteriormente, me dice que el documento no está disponible. Y sale señalado con un punto rojo a la derecha.

Whenever I use the search tool to search for a quote, the app freezes and then crashes. If you could fix that, that would be great. Other than that this app is amazing!

I have been using Dream reader for a couple of years now. I think it is well worth the money fantastic application. And I have to say their support team is fantastic. Just the other night I had a problem with a PDF file not reading it correctly. Emailed support got back to me in five minutes and the gentleman fix the issue that was causing the reader problem Within 10 minutes everything was back to normal that I expect. So if you’re looking for a reader this should be your choice. I am not disabled in anyway I use it because I love it. I have it read PDF files on my drive to work so I don’t need to when I get in the office. It is a fantastic application and a fantastic support team. Thank you for reading this.

The latest version is much more intuitive and easier to use. If you're a writer I think this is an indispensable tool. I listen to the things I've written many many hours a week on voice dream I use Voice Dream primarily to read text I have written. My shortest work by word count is about 10k and the longest about 130k . Errors in word use, verb tense, spell check funny stuff I can spot when hearing it that I might not spot when reading it. I find that listening to the text in different voices gives me a completely different perspective on the work. You must buy the premium voices, I think, to get the full benefit but they are so inexpensive it doesn't matter. I use probably a dozen voices. I write in my voice which sounds most like Micah the southern male voice so hearing the East Indian female voice, Deepa, read it makes me think of the piece in completely different ways. One thing I avoid is repeating the same word too often, this is something that is easy to do when writing and reading it. The voice makes it obvious I have done this. I find if I listen with earbuds/headphones I can play the voice at a fairly fast speed, it is almost as if I am thinking the words. The children's voices are comical and not at all like a kid's voice, they are a lot like the voice of a murderous ventriloquist dummy from a horror film, which makes them really fun to use. I have listened to a 51k piece in about 3.5 hours 2 times in just over one day. I can do this when driving to work or sitting around. When I edit I will open the text on my computer then listen on my iphone and edit as I go. I find it really helpful when looking for overarching themes, lines of thought that run through the text, call backs and set ups. I can set my mind to key in on a certain concept then listen to the text at a fairly fast speed, which completely changes the feel of it allowing me to focus on the single thing I am looking for at the time. It is much better than reading it outloud, which was my old method, as I can think of the changes and other things as it is being read to me. Plus the reader never gets tired of reading.

they seem to be downloading but then they stop in the middle. They have a circle in the middle. What does that mean.

This app is the best purchase I’ve made this year, and I’m including all my purchases, apps or otherwise. I’m reading more, writing more (I use the app to help me compose), and I’m enjoying both activities to a greater degree thanks to Voice Dream. My favorite voice is Raveena. It blends notes of formality with wit and humor and makes everything, especially my own writing, sound more interesting.

I use this app every day! My favorite voice is “Heather”.
