Since rage last update the app will not open up at all. Please fix this asap.
delete app, load again

to make app work again, I delete and load it again. I have to download my editions once more, though; but make it work. I love this app

And once again I'll lose all my pattern notations...this is worse than useless. If I knew your app sucked I would've taken notes literally in any other format.

After an update, the app won't open and hasn't for around a month now. Ridiculous. Edit 2: 7/30/17; app still won't open, it's been months now. I paid for a yearly subscription and I can't open the app. And I can't find any other way to view my magazines. I will never subscribe again. Such slow reaction time to such a huge issue is total BS.

To have to uninstall and reinstall the app when you want/need to refer to an edition is super frustrating. Please stay on top of this. Your u have loyal readers who like to use your app for their magazines.
Confusing sign up but works.

In order for the app to work, you need to delete the app, REBOOT your iPad, and reload the app again. The sign in is confusing - instead of password you need to put in your email address again. It works after that, yay! Here's the message from VK: We had some major tech issues with the last update to our app and it affected all of our digital customers and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Please delete the app altogether from your device and reboot your tablet before reinstalling the app. Once you have reinstalled then please sign in by entering your email twice. This should correct the problem. If you are still unable to sign in I will create an alternative account for you to use in order to access your purchases

Aug 2017 Update: It worked for a while now it just completely crashes. Looks like from other reviews this has been happening for over a month. Get it together VK! Still can't get to the Crochet magazine that I paid for. After multiple emails with no answer. August 2016: It works most of the time. But when I have paid for an additional magazine outside of my subscription that I can't get to, and there is no support, that is beyond frustrating. There should be a person or two that can help!
