I was having the same crashing problem. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it after restarting my phone, and now it works like a charm!

App is not working.

I cannot open the app at all, and cannot access ANY of my purchased magazines. Please fix ASAP!

Would love to be able to use it but it no longer opens - needs fixing asap!!!

I had problems similar to others. At first it just would not load the early fall issue, with a "missing xml" file. Then the app itself would not load. I deleted the app, and reinstalled it. I did have to restore, and download all the issues I have paid for, again. However, I now do have access to all the issues that I paid for. Whew! Love the app in addition to the print edition.

Problem resolved. Thank you. Original message: I'm getting an error message for my recent purchase. Unable to download the issue. Also, had to uninstall and then reinstall the app 3 times to get this far. The recent update seems to have destroyed your app.

Dead app with lackluster support

Does anyone test updates or reads reviews of the Vogue Knitting app? Does an update that kills an app not concern the support team? This will have a negative impact on how likely I am to renew - in fact, will be turning off auto- renew now while I remember.

After the update the app won't open. Please fix soon! Still not working after the NEXT update. There is no excuse for this. I paid good money for a digital subscription and did not expect to get ripped off like this.
