Great Magazine, Not-So-Great App

This app needs to be designed to included a Library of purchases. Users shouldn't have to swipe through every single issue to figure out which issues they've purchased, downloaded and are "available offline." (ios version)
Have these people ever read a magazine?

Updated 8/15/20: I did not think this app could get any worse. All they do is take a picture of the magazine. The websites that are referred to in articles are not active and you cannot even copy and paste. Customer service is not existent. I have gone back to print and take pdf of the patterns I want to save, Updated 7/30/19: still a hideous online app . The worst and I have many magazine apps . MAZ Publication do not understand magazine apps and don’t care. Do not download or subscribe to online Vogue Knitting. Stick with the print publication. I have posted several bad posts and the magazine developers are beyond horid. Do yourself a factor and stay with print. Zinio is who these mediocre app developers should be studying but of course I never get a responds when I was nice and they dn’t care . They don’t care.
Where are the new issues.???

I haven’t had a new issue uploaded. I know the fall issue is available, but not on this app. I have contacted tech support... no answer. They obviously don’t care.

It’s mid-October and no new issue on the app. No message as to what’s happening. These people don’t care about subscribers once they have your money. Sad to see a nice magazine in such crappy hands. You can count the days till they fold on your hands. RIP Vogue Knitting.
Not getting newest magazine

Still not getting the fall edition on my app. Very disappointing. Will not be renewing my subscription.
Impossible to get subscription support

My September 2020 renewal resulted in my receiving no new issues and I was cut off from the two previous issues. Support for subscribers is by email only and the responses are all templates, no helpful or valid info. I’m trying to get a refund through iTunes.

As a follow-up the my original review—do not subscribe to this magazine. You will not receive what you purchase. I have tried to contact them via email, phone, message through the app, and their Facebook page. They do not respond. The current issue of the magazine has been released, and even though I have paid through 7/21, I cannot access it. The developer has been responsive, but they direct me back to the magazine. Do not waste your money on this, because you will receive nothing! Vogue Knitting Magazine announced earlier this year that they would be cutting back to two issues per year. In view of the current economic situation, I completely understand this. However, I would have appreciated an email from the magazine letting me know about this. I had to Google it online to find out what was happening. Now I am unable to access the new issue which is just come out for fall 2020. I get no response to my questions about this. My subscription is paid through July 2021. This should not be happening.. Buyer beware.
