Have been with this app since it was a startup Had tried many before It is the smartest and fastest and most social Some of the interfaces still a little buggy and it would be good if it had a better offline mode for when you are deep in the cellar caves!
App is now worse than when I first got it

This App started out great...it recognized the labels without a problem--- now it's the exception when it does recognize a label. I hate having to edit - and even then the list provided is usually lacking...

I really love this app for tracking which wines I've had! Great for the reviews too. Wish it had the expert ratings without having to pay.

I really enjoy using the app, and try to review a lot of wine. I'm pleased with the results, and think it gets scans right the vast majority of times. Unfortunately, just like any database, it's garbage in – garbage out. Users need to be more particular about how they categorize of wine, and it would be great if monitors would/could check reviews and compare them, combining those that are for the same wine when one or more are mis-identified by users. And perhaps there is a feature that I missing, but it would be great to have it remind me more frequently of wines that I scan, which either I do not review or which need to be manually identified.
Wine app standard but still more to be desired

I believe this will be the wine app standard but it's still missing a couple of features that I feel are important. Main feature is the ability to add secondary pictures, either via comments or along with the original post. For instance, I would love to take a picture of the back of the wine to get the "official description" on record so when I archive previous wines I can get not only my review but the description that the winery provides. It sounds like a first world problem as I could look it up via Google but it would be incredibly useful and could make it memorable if you could take a picture of where you drank it or a pic of the friends you drank it with/where. Make it even more of a "social" wine app. Keep up the good work. Would love to rate this app a 5* after the next update.
Great app! Has done wonders for my ability to select a great bottle of wine.

At first I was t sure this was the app for me. I had tried other wine apps but vivino has them all beat. Extensive wine list and great information!
