I’m loving using Visibook. I tried a couple different apps before finding this one! It has everything I need on it and the customer service is excellent! I like that I clients can book online, get reminder texts, and it blends into my personal calendar so I don’t overlap any personal appts. I highly recommend using this app for booking appointments!

My tattoo studio is just getting started with Visibook. It’s pretty easy to navigate, if a little rudimentary. I’d gladly pay a bit more for some tweaks...I’d love to see more color options added for services, and a bolder way to distinguish providers when looking at the combined calendar. But I do appreciate the simplicity, for sure. I’m looking forward to seeing how the developers improve and polish the app.

Been using this app going on 2 years now and I love it! It does cost after 50 appointments but it alerts you when you're getting near that mark. Would highly recommend for small businesses. The only thing I would change is the option to few past appointments. You have to go back to view it vs being able to just click on “past apt” and it take you there

This is a great app for salon purposes. I do wish I had more flexibility to over lap appointments and to modify the price as I book. It would also be nice to text clients back through the app when they text me. Otherwise it’s handy, easy to use and reliable.

I love, love, love Visibook! When I started my coaching practice back in November 2018 I had tried multiple different scheduling apps but none of them really flowed the way that I wanted it to and I didn’t really feel great about using any of them. Because of this, it was one of those little things that was taking up a lot of mental energy because I didn’t really like it, it was holding me back from really launching my business because obviously when coaching clients the appointment scheduler is one of the most important parts of your business. Then enters Visibook! It is so simple and easy to use (for both me and my clients), that without even realizing it I finally had a booking system that worked and flowed well. I can message my clients directly from the app, easily book appointments, change my availability, and client information, and it is easy to download the CSV file with all the client information and import it into Excel or other spreadsheet documents. Best of all I’m using all these features for free! I currently have 17 clients and the free account only allows up to 25 appointments in the month so I’m going to have to upgrade to the paid version soon, which is fine. I have no problem paying Visibook $6.99 a month or whatever it is to pay to book more than 50 appointments a month, because it’s thanks to Visibook that my business is running this well in the first place!!!


A great scheduler!

This application has changed the way I do things. As a professor and psychotherapist in private practice, I’m constantly having to wear different hats, and juggle competing schedules. Without people knowing it, I’m able to communicate with clients directly, let them take control of their own sessions with me, and adjust my schedule to accommodate unexpected events. Visibook has been a godsend.

I love this program, other than the fact that on my iPad when I go to change an appointment time and it says there’s a booking conflict and do I want to go ahead and save it the yes and no option are not showing with in the box to be able to click on
