Great calendar app

We have 6 therapists in our practice and all love the app. Our clients like getting the text message reminders and our missed sessions rate has dropped significantly. Tech staff have been wonderful in helping us learn the new system and in helping us sync with our person google calendars. I highly recommended Visibook!
CANNOT CANCEL!! Visibook Repeatedly ignored multiple cancellation requests!

Visibook is impossible to cancel! Visibook has ignored repeated attempts to cancel service. They have repeatedly billed me for unauthorized service. I have just had to dispute the credit card charge and had to put a block on Visibook’s future charges. They do not provide a phone number on the credit card charge, and require customers to email an address to cancel service. THEN, those communications requesting cancellation are completely and REPEATEDLY IGNORED.

I’m a new small business owner and loving the app so far. I tried a few other scheduling apps but this was by far the best experience so I’m sticking with it. Love the schedule online feature that gives you the option to create a custom URL for your clients to use and easily book online. Batched upload of your customer data is available if you email the support team directly, which I did. Love the appointment confirmation feature that texts/emails your clients when you book them. I tested this feature on myself at first and it worked great. The only feature I would love that isn’t available yet is the ability to add multiple notes to a client and be able to view that note history for each client. Haven’t tried the payment feature yet but love everything about the product so far!

This app is great for automatically reminding you and your clients for their next appointment/service. You can write notes on each client to remember what you did and you can even contact them through the app without giving our your personal number! That’s just a few great features! It’s super simple and a great way to stay organized!! I’ll be sticking with VISIBOOK!

The is the BEST appointment book app you will find! Not only is the format beautiful but its SOOO easy to use! The app will also send your clients reminder if you have their number on their profile. I am genuinely AMAZED at everything this app does at NO CHARGE!!! Thank you!

The only thing it is missing is clients being able to pre pay online to reserve there spots. Other than that. All my clients enjoy the reminders and I enjoy how easy it is to use! Thank you, Evolve Personal Fitness
Stop notifying about app updates
Wallet fail
Stop notifying me about app updates. I have auto update turned on; telling me about a new app version just adds an unnecessary notification that adds 0 value. The next app update, which I am sure I will know about with the obnoxious notifications, best have an option to disable app update notifications.
