In the last two weeks myself and 5 other people that I know of had mistakes in scoring, not been given rewards for milestones and 2 of us have had shields drop when we had days of shields left. When you write to the tech team they tell you they will look in to the situation but when they do the response is always the same. They say they have reviewed their system and what they say is write them when you ask for more information or to see a screenshot of what they looked at they tell you they don’t have a way to do that.

The game is fun when you can get it to run. Problem is, their always glitching daily. Big problem from the IT team they never can get the glitches under control. All the time under maintenance. To much blue circle of death everyday. Day after day. So sick of the reset after reset. It’s never fixed.

After maintenance I can’t get into my account

Broke my account

After the last maintenance, my marches (16 of 18) got stuck at zero. After restarted they came back. A few minutes later it did it again but then booted me from game and only loads to 90%. It’s been hours and I’ve tried everything even delete app and nothing works. It won’t even give me the option to report it. This game has MAJOR issues and for the money you spend...I better not lose anything from my account.

This game is fun. Reminds me of CoC a bit with better graphics. I love Norse mythology. The game is fun to play, if I was able to play it. Most of the time I load in and the game crashes or I’m trying to do something and it crashes again. I don’t know why the game keeps on crashing. I want it to stop so I can keep enjoying the game. I would of given it a better waiting if it didn’t keep crashing.

So I had 4 million in gold and I bought a pack it took my 4 million in gold away and gave me 181k and all they can tell me is please send a Picture it does not calculate all your points you earned neither right !!!!! I am so annoyed always have to fight with them !! They never end up fixing it!!!!????????????????????????????????????????????????????

I have been playing this game for many years now and the shield drops when they are not proper do not get any help from the support team I’ve emailed back-and-forth multiple times for this occasion I have spent a lot of moneyAnd whenever I contact about an issue I get generic responses and nothing has ever been resolved I am considering ending my gameplay Because of these issues when you have a shield drop and lose all your troops and resources you’re forced to spend more money to rebuild them because their support team does not help

Honestly I don’t know how anyone can rate this game higher than a 1, maybe paid reviews from company to boost ratings? I’ve played for over 6 months and paid in close to $1000 to grow my account, and yes it takes that kind of money to even compete at all in this game! For that kind of cash you would think you would get great gameplay and support, but sadly that is not the case. There are constant problems with lag and dropped connections. When you write to support you get pre-written boilerplate responses that say it is the player’s equipment and internet service that is the problem, even when your entire international clan is having the exact same problem. Bottom line, don’t play this game unless you want to spend big money for even bigger disappointment! Shame on Plarium and shame on you if you support them. Case in point, even the developers response below is a canned reply to several other bad reviews!

This game starts off slow. You will build your town. Make some really cool looking battle characters. The map for the hundred plus Kingdoms you will battle in are really cool. You will engage with some great people get excited when you win battles and build. Actually the best part about this game is the people you will interact with. You will spend $$$ and be amazed at all the real money just wasted on this game. I've been playing this game for over a year. Built a decent size account spent more money than I care to acknowledge. You can go awhile without spending any money but everything in this game is about money. Main reason why Im giving a review for this game though is because of the technical issues you will have. You can loose access to your account very easily and to get it reactivated is not an easy task. Logging in isn't as easy as a password so to get connected you will have to literally start whole new account. I've lost access to my account 3 times mainly because I have two accounts and switching between them is sometimes confusing. Each time it took several days of emailing the technical teams personal information to prove who I am. During this time my account is left open to be attacked and all that real money I spent to build my town just gets burned. Long story short just say no avoid even getting into this game. It will cost you more money and time then it's worth.

Been playing for a long time, I thought as you grew in came personal achievements would get easier. At lv 35 it is impossible to reach personal achievements without spending big bucks. Did not expect personal goals to be more than clan achievements. Revenge clan achievement 1st out of 10, 464,000,000. Personal achievement 1st out of 10 720,000,000. Why should I continue to play if only way to reach personal goals is spend money.
