Won’t load

It’s pretty sad though to spend money to win the kingdom battle and then the game won’t load so you can play after you win and get the good resources on the level nine tiles. They messed the game up immediately after all of that work. I believe they do it there on purpose. So we can’t get all the good stuff off level nine tiles.
Awful customer service

Game lags, crashes, glitches and they respond by saying “all is fine on their end must be you”. Events ruined by their lack of game infrastructure.

Fix the lag in the game. You have a great game but I would rather you shut it down and fix it. Stop adding stuff until you can handle everything. Maybe you guys should clear your cache?

Now I can’t log into the game after my last negative review so here’s another negative for you....how about actually responding instead of your misspelled auto response that you send to everyone....new update today and can’t load the game

You have to spend tons of money to get anywhere in this game and the packs are outrageously priced at $99 a piece. Then they don't even have everything in the packs when you buy them. The game also constantly glitches causing you to lose everything you've invested. In addition, when you email the makers they just respond saying sorry. They do not refund anything even if it's their fault. Disgraceful, greedy company and they should be ashamed for continuously stealing money from people who play their game.

Из-за глюков в игре ваш город атакуют и вы теряете все что купили за реальные деньги( ресурсы и войска)!!!! То что игра имеет проблемы они не отрицают, но возмещать ничего не хотят и не будут! Держитесь подальше от этой игры!!!! Because of glitches in the game, your city is being attacked and you lose everything you bought for real money (resources and troops) !!!!
