New upgrade is a game changer for worse

Have played for two years and loved the game. New upgrade allows level 4 Strongholds to get attacked by BOTs. CVC & KVK’s are now ruined since BOT attacks decide who wins. Very little player interaction last few events with these changes. Players are upset and many talking about leaving game if things don’t change. Stronghold attacks would be fine - but not by BOTs

If you love repetitive, mindless tasks and paying out the butt to do them, then this is the game for you! Much of the game model is a Skinner’s Box (tasks, yielding or producing resources, upgrades). The value of the in-game currencies suffer from ever growing inflation, so you feel like you’re getting a steal each time you pay $20 for imaginary goods. Then suddenly you realize you’ve spent thousands of dollars just to be a small fish next the suckers who’ve spent 10 times more than you. There’s always a bigger fish...

I’d give this game zero stars if I could. It is a pay to play game. If you don’t want to spend hundreds or thousands of $ don’t bother downloading.

I can not believe the life this game has. It’s a world of its own. I have made close friends, learned immensely, and kicked Viking tail in the process. I highly recommend this game for those who have a stubborn will and plenty of ferocious energy. I play to escape reality and vanish into a never ending world of excitement and I am so much more crazy in this game than in reality. Don’t tell my clan I said so. ?❤️. I TRULY love this game and all its intricate layers. Thank you Plarium. (You know me as Lorilikes)

I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years. I loved befriending people all around the world and working with them to beat these events. They have updated it so much since I’ve started playing that I’ve lost interest. With all the updates they have done, you can just throw money into the game and win it for your clan, which means, if you got money, you will win every time. When I play a game, I want to ACTUALLY PLAY the game. Many times, my clan would be working their butts off to win this event and then last minute, they would buy all these packs and we would lose. After this happening over and over again, you don’t even wanna try because most of them are spenders. Every time you buy a pack, the packs next time offered become more expensive. In order for people who aren’t well off to spend money in the game to get a really good pack that doesn’t cost a lot, you have to wait for the mega packs (which you can get after not spending anything on the game for 2 MONTHS!!).
