I was really enjoying the game but for some reason my shield dropped overnight ( had 2 days left in it mind you ), I was ransacked within a 2 minute timespan by the same 2 people. I’m talking hundreds of attacks, took billions of resources. They had less influence than myself and billons of resources taken from other players and I had several hundred thousand troops ( more than it said they produced when you look at their profiles ) at home yet lost every attack. I truly believe there is either a bug or hack floating around and these players know how to exploit it. Don’t play this game and for God’s sake if you do don’t buy anything you are just feeding the exploiters.

I have seen all the reviews and everyone is right. There are issues with the game plarium has bad customer service and sends generic responses and never really addresses your issue. I have had shields drop early and loose everything or I have bought a pack and never got it but still spent the money for it. There are so many things you can complain about and never get a resolution but I’ll say this I do love the game. Just play smart and learn from others. It is what it is so either play or don’t but there are a lot of issues and I’ve seen so many big players quit. From a business perspective I would think you would do things to keep those players, in the end they are the ones that spend money and when they quit that’s less money for plarium. Oh well nothing will ever change unless we are treated like a real person. Any time you spend money with a company and you are not satisfied with service or the product usually that company does the right thing.

Seriously, just disappear! Items, gold, time boosts. Many times a blue circle will appear and then when you are able to get back online many items will be gone. Time boosts for warring are supposed to last 10 min for the big ones. They will disappear within 8 minutes or less. Don’t bother reporting it to the developers, somehow it will be your fault. They have many reasons it’s your fault, it might be your connection.. (yes, I did say that, it’s amazing that the same “connection” issue seems to happen to people all over the world.. sometimes, at the same time). Your items or gold must disappear because of something YOU did. Maybe you decided to purchase coffers with your gold when you already have over 700k coffers of the same kind. (Makes zero sense, right). It’s almost as if they don’t even read what you are saying and this is if you’re lucky enough to get a real response from an actual person instead of an automated one. As a business owner myself, I would expect better customer service from a place that is literally making enough money off the players to buy their own islands, if they chose too. Now, to be fair, I have played this game for a few years. I have spent real money and I have been frustrated over the many “hacks or glitch” issues. I have seen shields drop before they are supposed to, items disappear, gold vanish, It’s hard to walk away from a game you’ve put thousands of dollars into, but I may just have to do that. You get pulled in and think you are having fun. Then, another “update” comes out and you have MORE/different materials needed to advance to yet another level. So, you end up dropping more money to keep up with the rest of the game. If Plarium isn’t careful, all they will have left are the people with the 300b plus influence that only have one another to fight,(which they won’t, because they cannot beat one another) but they will have the thousands of abandoned buildings from people that have given up to continue attacking, but at some point even the big accounts will walk away. Maybe then plarium will pay attention to people. Below, you will see a response from the developers asking for more information or proof, they may even pretend to be concerned. The truth is that they are not concerned and do not care. They may tell me to get with my clan and discuss strategy and other ways to build. The issue is that it’s all smoke and mirrors. The real issues are the game lagging, your items and gold disappearing, the servers not being able to accommodate the many people around the world AND the developers ignoring the people that help them create this game.

4 star’s would be 5 if they didn’t have some unexplainable issues. I recently changed my rating from 1 to 3 bcuz Plarium’s customer support did finally return some missing gold. The game still has some kinks that need to be worked out like what’s causing everyone’s items and gold to disappear. It may be hackers it may be a bug idk but in the end Plarium took care of the issue. Very fun game when everything runs smooth though.

I have not been able to get on the game since about 12 hours ago and yes I know there will be a generic response of I’m sorry you’re having these issues and did you try deleting and reloading the game (to which you will find you have to contact them to get your actual acct back) or yadda yadda about contacting them through email, no thanks, Fox you’re issues and stop adding more money hungry spending ways to keep playing the game you greedy little money suckers

This used to be a stable game but after there new updates the game keeps crashing on my iphone 5. Contacted plarium and they told me to get a new phone!!

Maybe new players in new kingdoms can play without glitches. But for us seasoned players in older kingdoms, the game has become completely unplayable-continuous blue circles with every button pushed. So this will happen to you too eventually - you will sink money into a game you won’t be able to play. This company is now taking people’s money and not delivering the service they promised. And guess what - they say it is their right to do this because they forced you to sign their Terms of Service where they say they are allowed to have glitches and errors. So once you invest $$$, you have a choice to either quit and forget about that investment or play the lowest quality game around, period. Save your money and time - choose something else, unless Plarium renews their commitment to make the game playable again.
