The UI is clunky and isn't very intuitive. It's more difficult to use than it needs to be.

This App is like a virus. It freezes your iPhone repeatedly and if you try to use it, it throws you into endless loops of requests that you can't get out of. Delete, delete, delete! Tried multiple times after several clean installs, same horrible result every time.
