Why!? My boyfriend’s android app has tons of options, my iphone app has only one. He specifically bought this product for me to use with audiobooks.

The app was a lot better but now all the content is just gone.....the toy disconnects front the app all the time. I really think you guys need to put more effort into the app.
Love the app but store keeps breaking

No one to contact for help at Vibease. Going to store to purchase credits and screens links for credit purchases has been disabled. It’s just a flat screen.

Remove or have the ability to hide status with being online or active. Update the vibe settings so you can actually have some kind of idea of what is happening on the other end. The slider needs to be adjusted to fit current iPhones as I constantly pull the screen back and it swipes out of the app. The chat system when typing gets smaller as you type more which makes it more difficult to see what your texting. Can’t share video clips The photo camera looks and feels very outdated. The app feels like it was literally a last minute decision with the toy.

The products works well through Bluetooth. I have been able to connect with my partner, make sure to create an ID without any special characters in the username and you will be good to go!! The customer service is polite and helpful, and the tech team very responsive. You can't go wrong, it's perfect for LDR
