Needs some fixing

The app is great. Only thing we have issue with is the notifications don't work (they worked 12 hours later and seems to never stop). That could be a mood killer if you're not staying in app or you have messages that you don't have notification for trying to get things going. Please fix!

The app is cool but the microphone part isn't working for me. When I try to send a voice clip, the phone vibrates and then the app crashes.
Toy is great, app needs work

This has the potential of being the most awesome toy ever. The app has so many issues. There are no notifications so I never know when I'm being messaged. The toy disconnects from app of idle for only a few minutes. Also, the chat bugs sometimes and gets stuck sending the same messages over and over again. If these issues are improved or fixed... Oh the glorious public fun I could have.

I'm unable to get any assistance with this app. The site will not let me make an account because it says my password is not between 6 and 20 characters however I have tried multiple passwords that ARE between six and 20 characters and it still won't allow me to create an account or sign in. How do I get help?

I love the vibease it's amazing but the app has a lot of bugs, there are frequent crashes as well as glitches.I tried to record my own fantasy with my voice but when I listen it's absolute silence. That was disappointing because I wanted my significant other to be able to listen. Glitches aside I love this product, the long distance ability, and the fantasy feature. Great job.

App crashes

Since the latest update of the app, I have not been able to open it since it keeps on crashing. My phone's software is up to date, and I have tried many different ways to make the app work, but nothing. The only way it has worked is if I delete the app and reinstall it. Which means every single time I exit the app and want to use it again, I have to reconnect the device and all all over again... It's a hassle... Please, I beg you, fix this.
