Mine did not work, has two buttons its supposed to be idiot proof and still it did not work, it paired with the app but never worked, with or without the app... and of course, since its open it cannot be returned. Biggest waste of money and energy ever!
App keeps crashing...

And your App Support website is an unfinished, single page that offers no help whatsoever. Really disappointing.

The app stinks. It's a great idea but fails sadly in execution. Too many things wrong with the app. You'll find that your "Trusted Friends" list keeps disappearing. Your addresses of those you chat with keep disappearing or are wiped out. Too many features don't work. Hard to really find anything that does work with consistency.

I bought a Vibease at the suggestion of a long distance partner and I'm so thankful he recommended it. I haven't yet tried any of the Vibease audiobooks, but being able to let a lover control your pleasure from afar is wonderful. As far as the device itself is concerned, the first one I got was defective and stopped working a couple months in, but I contacted Vibease and they replaced it after I showed them it had died prematurely. I was so happy they take pride in their product and am hoping the second one is better quality; I don't want to go back to regular vibes anymore. :-)
