I’m logged into the computer now, but cannot login to the app. Plus as with the other reviewer, there is no number for tech support

This app continues VIABENEFITS business model which GUARANTEES A DELAY OR OUTRIGHT DENIAL. If your retirement system opts for VIABENEFITS you are well and truly SCREWED!

The app works adaquately but God forbid you have a question. They hold your approved benefits for weeks with no explanation. Waited over 35 minutes to get an answer. Most aggravating company.

I was able to online. But this app won’t let me log in. When it get to verify my number, it won’t and it freezes.

I get to the screen to enter the code when signing in and then there’s not a butting to push to continue. The keypad doesn’t show return either. Please fix ASAP.

Easy to use, easy to navigate. I enter all my receipts into the app. I have reminders texted to me about how much is in the balance.
