Worked fine until latest update

App worked acceptably up until today’s update. Ever since latest update unable to login because it’s not taking into account my email address which I entered in the previous screen. Subsequently a prompt me with an error saying email address missing.

Was working great until the most recent update, now I can’t log in.


Multiple problems

Upgraded to the latest version as required. Provided email ID when prompted. Then entered password when prompted for that. Received an error message that a required field was missing. But there is no other place for entry and should not be any other information required to access the app. Tried to use the Developer link to report the problem. But that produces an error message indicating the website certificate has expired and is no longer safe to access.

My spouse and I both have accounts and it will only allow hers to be displayed. There’s no way to toggle between both accounts. This app is of no use to me and until they get things fixed I will not be using it. Customer service was contacted and a “ticket” has been written.

Wow! You would think being able to log in would be easy...Not so! Very frustrating!

Like others, logging in seems like I'm in a wormhole of never ending password resets. This app and web access seems to be an afterthought. The app also does not allow you to do certain things and requires the website.


Forced update and now prevented from logging in

I used this app yesterday. Today it forced me to update and now won’t log me in. Getting an error about a missing field on the password page— even though there is only one field on that page and is complete!!! I provided my email on the previous screen. Fix this!!!
