Years and the app still won’t work

I’ve literally had VH1 as part of my tv package for years and the apps on both the tv and phone are terrible and has been for years. Cant get through a single episode without interruptions, tv connection errors, anything. Not worth the time

Stupid app whenever I am watching something it will literally skip forward and go right to commercials and I will miss a whole scene this is so messed up as I am watching commercials at least let me see all of the show ! I’m just gonna watch it on my regular DVR recordings at least I can fast forward through commercials. ?THIS

I think everyone can agree that we love the content VH1 provides, but the app itself is a mess. It’s not user-friendly.
One of the worst apps I’ve used

This app doesn’t work at all with Apple TV telling me my cable package doesn’t have VH1, which it does in fact have. The same log in info works fine on my iPhone. The ability to even use the app though on my phone is intermittent at best. Episodes for shows aren’t uploaded on time and a lot of times just don’t work for a while when they are uploaded. A lot of times I can’t even log back into the app and get the message “sorry something went wrong” with zero explanation. Truly an awful app that couldn’t care less about user experience.
Why is streaming always a chore with this app??

This is absolute the worst streaming app. The majority of the time that I’m able to watch anything it’s by luck. I either have to go thru hoops just to log in again and then cross my fingers that the current episodes I want to watch will be available. Always some stupid error or streaming rights blurb. FIX YOUR APP!!’
The most frustrating streaming experience on AppleTV

We’ve been watching RuPaul’s Drag Race on the VH1 AppleTV app for years, and suddenly today (1/30) it won’t let us. We get the message “sorry this video is not found or no longer available due to date or rights restrictions.” But we can watch earlier episodes of the show, so this doesn’t make any sense. We’ve had similar issues with this show in the past, where we start a show and then it suddenly stops. Honestly, we’ve never had more problems with a steaming app than with VH1. Incredibly frustrating.
WORST App ever

This app is constantly crashing. You could be watching an episode and then when a commercial comes on it will crash and stop working. Then it won’t allow you to skip forward after kicking you out, so you have to start from the beginning all over again, only for it to crash in the same spot! The episodes never come out on time even when they say they’re available to watch. It’s a disaster.

This app constantly loses my authentication and tells me that VH1 is not included my cable package. I usually have to log out and back in again several times before I can watch anything. Nonexistent support.
