Love the app and the shows that are on it. Only issue I’ve been having is that after a certain time in the night (after midnight) it no longer lets me watch anything l get an error saying the video is no longer available due to the date or rights restrictions.

I don’t know why I keep trying.

This app is probably the worst out of any streaming apps I’ve used. For some reason the live tv works just fine, but steaming is almost non functional. It crashes during commercials, if you barely touch the screen, it will jump around the episode as if you are trying to fast forward. My hands slipped, I touched the corner, and it fast forwarded the whole episode to the end and won’t let me watch now or go back. I have very high spreed internet and it won’t load any episodes. Each video I click, it just says it’s “unavailable.” Way more commercial break time than if you watch live on tv.

I’ve been getting an error message all day long saying the video I want to play is no longer available due to date or rights restrictions... for any show I’ve tried to play. I’m being deprived of my Mob Wives fix. Please get it straightened out ?

Freak show

On Apple TV it freezes after most commercial breaks. You have to navigate through the menu to search for the next episode. It sometimes says the content isn’t available so you have to delete the app and reinstall. I hate that this is the only way to get the content we wanted to watch. Can not wait to delete it and never use it again!

What am I supposed to do if I don’t have a tv provider? Is there a way to subscribe monthly?

Downloaded this app and was immediately disappointed when I attempted to view a VH1 program. First of all I saw a screenshot that looks like it was from the middle of the show and then I got a blank white screen with sound from the show. I thought it may be a glitch so I closed the app and retried loading again. I tried this same “fix” and nothing happened. Same thing happened when I restarted my phone. Have no idea what’s going on with this app. Clearly other apps are able to stream shows without such problems why is it so difficult to this app to work? This is beyond frustrating especially since after a long day all I want to do is relax and catch up on some of the great shows VHI has to offer.

I hate this app with a passion. It never works, always logging my tv provider out. Now when I try to log back into my tv provider it will not let me and says the requested URL was rejected. The one chance I log on (whenever I can get past the login screen), it takes so long to load. Always stop and replay or skip parts. Absolutely a headache to deal with this app. This is by far the worst app I have had on my phone in all the years I have had apps. This is a disgrace and should be against the law to have such a horrible app for consumer use!! The creators should be ashamed of themselves. It’s like they don’t care about the satisfaction of viewers because people have been complaining for years and nothing is being done about it. HORRIBLE!!

Buggy, too many commercials

I downloaded the app solely to watch the latest season of Drag Race and when it crashed 3 times during the finale I said I could not wait to delete it off my phone. It’s so buggy, it was constantly crashing and then couldn’t remember where we were. A few times we had to watch 5 commercials three times in a row because it kept resetting. I sincerely hope I never have to download this again, next time I’ll wait for Hulu.
